The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

We recently enjoyed a 3-week stay at this Airbnb and it was wonderful. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice in this area. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and we found that several places were easily within walking distance from the accommodation. The neighborhood was peaceful and had a very safe feel to it, which was a pleasant surprise. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old home, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the back. The addition of two 'casitas' really works well for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. While the property could benefit from a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, it truly is a fantastic spot for anyone visiting with a big group, especially given its prime location in West Palm.

This guesthouse is a refreshing find in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It’s cozy enough for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two pals since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is perfect for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop, making it easy to whip up meals. The bathroom has been tastefully renovated with nice features like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans that enhance the coolness alongside the great air conditioning. The closet offers a well-designed storage solution with racks and bars. Additionally, there’s a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking available, shared with the main house which is also a rental if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and handled a few minor issues we encountered efficiently. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly and we would definitely consider renting from the host again.
We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, hoping to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. When we returned at the appointed time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still finishing up, which pushed our entry back significantly. By 5:49 pm, we reached out for an update and received no reply. After following up again at 7:02 pm, they mentioned they would keep us posted, but we didn’t get in until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been plumbing issues in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor. The noise from tile cutting continued until about 9:30 pm. They had also left a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen during our stay. I expected some acknowledgment of the inconvenience, but there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund due to the late check-in and other troubles, but I was told they would need to consult with the owners, and I never received any further communication. Overall, it was quite disappointing and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
I had to make a sudden business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for about a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough walkthrough, and I quickly settled in. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
