Fantastic host who made our stay enjoyable!

This place is perfectly situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though we discovered the heater was out of order, and with the chilly weather, we took advantage of the hot tub instead, which was a highlight! The guest studios by the pool are quite compact, but they offer a nice sense of privacy. Being an older house, it does show some signs of wear. We ran into some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't get cold enough, leading to melted ice in our bags. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility challenges. There isn't a bathroom or shower downstairs either. Overall, considering the price and if you have a group to split costs, it's a reasonable choice for the area.

The property was fantastic! Very cozy and located in a prime area. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and gym that I really enjoyed. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to address any questions I had. I would definitely consider booking this place again. Just a note, the space looked a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't a significant issue.

We were in a bit of a bind when our original rental fell through unexpectedly. The host was incredibly quick to respond and helped us secure this place in under a day. They greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the property, and made it clear we could reach out for anything we needed. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and fun activities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
