The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center—over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini-table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the overall facilities, the price seemed exorbitantly high. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but I still feel that over $300 is steep for what was offered. I hope future guests see a more reasonable pricing structure along with improved amenities.
