I would give the host five stars without hesitation; however, there were a few minor issues with the apartment itself that need attention. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the quality of the towels was not up to par. It would be great if the owner considered replacing those.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location and offers a generous amount of space. There are a few minor areas that could use some enhancements, but we really enjoyed our extended stay here. It's conveniently situated with a great parking area, a gym, and a large swimming pool that provides stunning sunset views each evening.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 PM after our flight and planned to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we reached out at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update and getting no response, we reached out again at 7:02 PM and were told they would keep us posted. Eventually, we were able to check in around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there tiling the floor, making noise with tile cutting until around 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation from the host. I even inquired about a partial refund due to the late check-in and issues, but I was told the host needed to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We experienced a delay with our flight, but the owner ensured they were there to greet us upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the house. We truly appreciate all the effort made to make our experience enjoyable.
