We enjoyed a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't have been better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was within a 5-minute drive, and many places were easily walkable from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This particular Airbnb is a charming century-old home, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional casitas were a great bonus for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring our experience was as comfortable as possible. The only suggestions I have would be for an upgrade to the washer/dryer and perhaps some new pillows, but overall, this is a wonderful spot for anyone looking to gather a big group and experience West Palm to the fullest.

I would rate the host five stars purely for their exceptional service. There were a few issues with the unit itself such as a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, I felt that one of the tubs could have been cleaner and the towels could use an upgrade. The owner should consider replacing them for a better guest experience.
