Entire rental unit. Luxurious Rental Apartment with balcony

Our work trip brought us to this lovely place, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. The spacious layout and the comfortable, clean beds made for a restful experience. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided us with great extra space and private bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The pool area was a lovely feature, surrounded by trees, although we utilized the provided nets to keep it clean. We enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather was nice, and the soothing sound of the waterfall at night was truly relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, we had easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return here if the opportunity arises in the future.

Excellent apartment in a prime location! Really enjoyed my stay.

The location of the space was quite a trek from the convention center; it took us over 30 minutes to walk there and just around 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than we expected, with just a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table. We encountered an issue with the shower not working, and the kitchen facilities were lacking as well. Considering the price, I found it to be quite unreasonable for what was offered. Thankfully, the 100% refund policy from Airbnb saved us, but paying over $300 felt excessive for such limited amenities. I hope the host considers adjusting the prices and improving the facilities in the future.

The owner of this apartment was wonderful, and the place itself was in impeccable condition. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and very well-organized. My mother enjoyed her stay immensely.
