The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 people is no small feat, yet they handled it with ease! Communication was top-notch, which is crucial for an enjoyable stay in an Airbnb. The home matched the description perfectly, although the oven was unfortunately out of order. Luckily, the stovetop was functional, and we didn’t mind since we were in town for a wedding and not doing much cooking. We truly appreciated the host's efforts and the thoughtful touches they provided that surprised us. A big thank you to the host! We will definitely consider their properties for our future travels.

We arrived around 1:00 pm and planned to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, at 4:00 pm, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without an update, we inquired again, and at 7:02 pm, we were told to hold on. We finally got inside around 7:45 pm, only to discover there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and tiling was in progress. The sound of tile cutting continued until about 9:30 pm. To our dismay, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen during our stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. I asked about a refund for the delayed check-in and issues we faced, but was told the owner needed to be consulted and I haven't heard back since. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

Our work trip brought us to this lovely place, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The spacious rooms were both cozy and impeccably clean, ensuring a restful stay. Having two additional cottage rooms in the back was a fantastic feature, allowing everyone their own privacy with separate bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful bonus; while there were a few leaves from the nearby trees that required cleaning with the provided nets, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night created a serene atmosphere. Additionally, the neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure. We enjoyed evening strolls to the local Publix. Its prime location, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, offered easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would eagerly return here in the future if it’s available.

The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely consider staying here again. Just a heads-up, the interior looked a bit different from the online photos, but it wasn't a significant issue.
