We had a fantastic time at this property, perfect for bringing our extended family together. I highly suggest this place, but do check that the pool is clean before you arrive. Unfortunately, we missed our day in the backyard grilling because the pool had turned murky and required some maintenance. However, the owner promptly addressed the issue with the pool service. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the property around 1 PM and were looking forward to checking in at the scheduled 4 PM time. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the cleaning staff were still working and we were informed that it would take a bit longer. After several inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was ongoing renovation work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, which included workers laying tiles and using power tools until quite late. Additionally, we found that a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen area during our stay, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was no effort from the host to apologize for the delays or the inconvenience. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues but never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I wouldn't consider renting from them in the future.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. However, the building does show its age. The host was very communicative, which I appreciated. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and I noticed some furniture pieces were not in the best condition with peeling upholstery. Overall, I was pleased with my stay—comfortable and convenient, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.

Our stay here for business was fantastic! The house had an abundance of space and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage suites in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own bathroom and extra privacy. We enjoyed the pool area, though it was surrounded by trees, so we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean. However, we still enjoyed swimming on the beautiful days. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added to the serene atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We took evening walks to the nearby Publix, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, with numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly look to book this property again in the future if available.
