We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The space was ample, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back offered excellent additional space and gave everyone their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The pool area was lovely; although we had to use the provided nets to clear leaves since it’s surrounded by trees, we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a nice touch during the evenings. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place, filled with plenty of dining and nightlife options, not to mention the beach close by. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would happily return if the property is available in the future!

Everything we needed was just a quick five-minute drive away, and some attractions were even within walking distance from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which added to our comfort. The charm of this century-old home is wonderful, and the pool and cabana in the backyard were highlights for us. The two additional casitas are a fantastic feature for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist us in any way to ensure our visit was enjoyable. While we found the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, overall, this is an excellent choice for groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends due to the versatile bed setup that can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink with upgraded countertops. The bathroom also boasts thoughtful renovations, including a nice dimmer switch for mood lighting. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the air circulating, along with effective air conditioning. Ample storage is provided with a well-designed closet system. Additionally, there's access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, shared with the main house which is also available for rent if you need more space. The property manager was very responsive and helped us handle a couple of minor issues with ease. Overall, this place met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from them again.

This rental was the perfect gathering place for my family. I highly suggest booking here, but do check in with the property manager to ensure the pool is in good condition prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool was a bit cloudy and needed some maintenance. However, the property manager addressed the issue promptly. The owner was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions. Truly a fantastic host!
